Thompson Farms Field Trip

The second graders at FES took a grade level trip to the Thompson Farm today! We learned about animals on the farm, went on a hay ride, picked (and ate) strawberries and got to play in an amazing playground!! It was a wonderful field trip!

Myrtle Beach State Park

Our class has been touched by Mr. Bob Mitchell's huge heart and gift of photography! These are pictures he took of our trip to the Myrtle Beach State Park. We concluded our study of sea turtles this week and I was truly so proud of the children being able to answer all of the hard questions the Park Ranger asked them! It was a fun day at the park!

I would like to thank everyone for your support this year! It is a humbling honor to represent FES and the district as a Teacher of the Year. I would like to extend a huge congratulations to Mrs. Michelle Richardson from Anyor Elementary. She will represent our district extremely well as the Horry County Schools Teacher of the Year. Congratulations Michelle!
